Interpreting Service

As part of our goal to provide responsive personal medical identification and information to all Australian’s we provide a free interpreting service for all members who call the member 24/7 emergency response service.

To access this service simply call the member services team on 1800 88 22 22 and advise them of what language you require interpreting services for (have a friend help you if you need) and we’ll arrange a time for an interpreter to call you back to discuss your needs.
