Organisation: Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation
Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation is the official fundraising body for Princess Margaret Hospital for Children (PMH), Western Australia's only specialist children's hospital.
Wear a Bear Day was initially launched in 1998 and since then has raised nearly $1 million for the Foundation. The event encourages the West Australian community to purchase our branded merchandise during the month of May, and culminates on the last Friday of May with our largest public fundraising appeal, all to support children and adolescents who visit PMH. This year's street appeal is Friday 25 May.
