To order, please call our Membership Services team on FREECALL 1800 88 22 22 (Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm CST) and we will post the gift certificate to you to give as a present or we can post it directly to the recipient on your behalf within two working days.

Terms and Conditions for purchasing MedicAlert Foundation Gift Certificates:

• The gift certificate is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
• The gift certificate is valid for 12 months only from the date of issue
• The value of the gift certificate must be redeemed as one transaction
• The gift certificate can be used towards the purchase of any product
• The gift certificate can be used as full payment of annual membership fee but not as part-payment
• The gift certificate is only redeemable by posting it to MedicAlert Foundation with a membership form/annual fee notice.
