Medical Questions

  • How do I update my medical information?

Each year you will receive a copy of your membership details, together with a reminder to pay your annual subscription. • Does my emblem need to be removed to be read?

  • The information engraved on your emblem can be read without removing it from your neck or wrist. That’s really important and all of our designs work this way. Don’t be fooled by ‘copy’ products that might look as good but have to be removed to read the information. It makes it very difficult for emergency personnel to access your information – and they may not even try if it’s too hard to access. Those seconds it takes could be the difference between life and death.

  • What happens if I don’t renew my membership but still wear my emblem?

If you choose not to renew your annual subscription, we are unable to update your records.
